SYNOPSIS

DESCRIPTION
Convert a signed long integer to the corresponding string
representation in the specified base. The argu‐
ment base must be between 2 and 36, inclusive.
Convert an unsigned long integer to the corresponding string
representation in the specified base. The argu‐
ment base must be between 2 and 36, inclusive.
