NAME
     mapimg - translates a screen image into an RGB image

SYNOPSIS
     mapimg image.sc image.rgb temp.map

DESCRIPTION
     mapimg translates a screen image into a full RGB image using the given
     color map.	 The color map is usually generated by savemap.
