C SPECIFICATION
void glClearColorModeEXT( GLenum pname )
PARAMETERS
pname Specifies the symbolic name of a the clear color mode, must be
GL_GRADIENT_CLEAR_SOLID_EXT or GL_GRADIENT_CLEAR_LINEAR_Y_EXT.
DESCRIPTION
The gradient clear extension allows an application to clear a region of
the color buffer to a gradient color that varies linearly in the verti‐
cal direction. The clear color mode determines if a gradient color or
a constant color is used to clear the color buffer.
glClearColorModeEXT sets the clear color mode specified in pname. The
following symbols are accepted for pname:
GL_GRADIENT_CLEAR_SOLID_EXT
The clear value is constant for all pixels in the color buf‐
fer and is set by glClearColor().
GL_GRADIENT_CLEAR_LINEAR_Y_EXT
The clear color uses GL_GRADIENT_CLEAR_COLOR_TOP_EXT and
GL_GRADIENT_CLEAR_COLOR_BOTTOM_EXT to linearly fill in the y
direction the gradient colors for all pixels in the clear
region. The top and bottom colors are set with glClearParame‐
terEXT.
NOTES
ERRORS
GL_INVALID_ENUM is generated if pname is not one of the accepted
defined values.
