glColorTableParameterSGI(3G) OpenGL Reference glColorTableParameterSGI(3G)NAME
glColorTableParameterfvSGI, glColorTableParameterivSGI - set color lookup
table parameters
C SPECIFICATION
void glColorTableParameterfvSGI( GLenum target,
GLenum pname,
const GLfloat *params )
void glColorTableParameterivSGI( GLenum target,
GLenum pname,
const GLint *params )
PARAMETERS
target The target color table. Must be GL_COLOR_TABLE_SGI,
GL_POST_CONVOLUTION_COLOR_TABLE_SGI,
GL_POST_COLOR_MATRIX_COLOR_TABLE_SGI, or
GL_TEXTURE_COLOR_TABLE_SGI.
pname The symbolic name of a texture color lookup table parameter.
Must be one of GL_COLOR_TABLE_SCALE_SGI or
GL_COLOR_TABLE_BIAS_SGI.
params A pointer to an array where the values of the parameters are
stored.
DESCRIPTION
glColorTableParameterSGI is part of the SGI_color_table extension, which
adds several color lookup tables to the pixel transfer path.
glColorTableParameterSGI is used to specify the scale factors and bias
terms applied to color components when they are loaded into a color
table. target indicates which color table the scale and bias terms apply
to; it must be set to GL_COLOR_TABLE_SGI,
GL_POST_CONVOLUTION_COLOR_TABLE_SGI,
GL_POST_COLOR_MATRIX_COLOR_TABLE_SGI, or GL_TEXTURE_COLOR_TABLE_SGI.
pname must be GL_COLOR_TABLE_SCALE_SGI to set the scale factors. In this
case, params points to an array of four values, which are the scale
factors for red, green, blue, and alpha, in that order.
pname must be GL_COLOR_TABLE_BIAS_SGI to set the bias terms. In this
case, params points to an array of four values, which are the bias terms
for red, green, blue, and alpha, in that order.
The color tables themselves are specified by calling glColorTableSGI.
NOTES
glColorTableParameterSGI is part of the SGI_color_table extension.
GL_TEXTURE_COLOR_TABLE_SGI is part of the SGI_texture_color_table
extension. See glIntro for more information on using extensions.

GL_INVALID_ENUM is generated if target or pname is not an acceptable
value.
GL_INVALID_OPERATION is generated if glColorTableParameterSGI is executed
between the execution of glBegin and the corresponding execution of
glEnd.
