NAME
makeinfo - translate Texinfo documents
SYNOPSIS
makeinfo [OPTION]... TEXINFO-FILE...

`separate' to place footnotes in their own node, `end' to place
the footnotes at the end of the
node in which they are defined (the default).

-o, --output=FILE
