SYNOPSIS

DESCRIPTION
The pws_version_int() function returns an integer representing the ver‐
sion of the library which is currently linked to the running program.
The pws_version() function returns a string pointer containing a human-
readable form of the version of the library which is currently linked to
the running program.
Note: These functions cannot fail, and hence have no way to indicate
failure.
