Open a window

Synopsis:

PtWidget_t ApLinkWindow( PtWidget_t *widget, 
                  ApEventLink_t const *l, 
                  PtCallbackInfo_t *cbinfo );

Arguments:

widget: A pointer to the parent widget that is associated with this window. This pointer will be passed as info.widget into the setup function(s).
l: A pointer to a constant representing the link descriptor for the window.
cbinfo: A pointer to the callback structure that contains the callback information that prompted this call (the reason).
