Description
This function is also defined in the DMI 2.0 specification, but has slightly
different functionality in the client front end:
DmiRegister opens a session with
the default Service Provider for the local node.
Parameters
handle-
(Output)
Unique, per-session handle that must be used in all subsequent
DMI commands.
